What time is check in/out?
Check-in time is 2pm and check-out time is 12pm. There is also a
luggage storage facility available.
Is breakfast provided at the hotel?
Yes, an American-style buffet breakfast is served from 7am until
10am in the breakfast room.
Does the Hotel Villa Franca have air-conditioning?
Yes, as standard, in all accommodations.
Does the Hotel Villa Franca have a restaurant
and/or bar?
Yes, Roman and Italian style dishes are available in the restaurant
within the hotel and the comfortable and relaxing bar is open until
midnight serving drinks, cocktails and coffee.
Is the Villa Rosa centrally located?
The Villa Rosa Hotel is located in the trendy and vibrant city centre
quarter known as Trastevere near St Peter’s which can be reached
in a few minutes with transport. Rome’s bus and Metro service
means the city’s other attractions are easily accessible,

Yes, and room service available on request.
How do we get to the Villa Rosa from the main
railway station (Termini)?
From Termini station, guest should locate bus line ‘H’
and alight at the viale Trastevere stop.
Is the location of the Villa Rosa convenient
for public transport?
Whilst there is no Metro station in the immediate vicinity, there
is a bus and train service nearby providing quick and easy access
to central Rome and all surrounding areas.
Do the rooms have balconies or terraces?
No, but the hotel does have a lovely sunny terrace where guests
can relax and enjoy the view.
Where is the nearest airport?
Fiumicino (Leonardo da Vinci) and Ciampino airports are both located
25kms in their respective directions.
Does the hotel offer car-parking availability?
Yes, there is a small private parking facility available. Guests
should confirm ahead with the hotel.
Does the hotel have quiet, romantic rooms?
Yes, our tasteful and elegant rooms are considered to be romantic
and very quiet, thanks in part to our peaceful location.
